– Free for orders $100 and over
– $20 flat rate for orders under $100

Express Shipping
Timeline: 1 to 2 business days
Cost: $25 flat rate (available on all orders)

Online Order Return Policy

Return Window:
Customers may return full-priced items within 14 days of the order shipping date.
Sale and clearance items are final sale and non-returnable.

Shipping Cost & Refund:
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
STYLE Canada recommends using a trackable shipping method for returns to ensure safe delivery.

Condition Requirements:
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
Items showing signs of wear, damage, or odors (e.g., cigarette smell) will not be accepted for return.

Faulty or Damaged Products:
Customers must notify STYLE Canada of any faulty or damaged items within 14 days of receipt, providing photo evidence.
Upon confirmation, STYLE Canada will offer a full refund or exchange and cover return shipping costs for the faulty item.

How to Return:
Customers should contact hello@style.ca to initiate the return process and receive detailed instructions.
Returns must be shipped back using a trackable method to STYLE Canada: the edit

Exchanges:
Exchanges are handled similarly to returns, with customers responsible for shipping costs to STYLE Canada.
STYLE Canada will cover shipping costs for sending exchanged items back to the customer.

International Returns:
International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable duties or taxes.

In-Store Order Return Policy

Returns on full-priced items are accepted in-store within 7 days of purchase. Exchange or store credit only.Receipt required.
